Autoflow Saw Head Reinforcement

Overview:

On Autoflow 2 sawing centres there can be an issue with vibration within the inner aluminium framework, particularly when the saw eject table reaches the end of its travel.  A retrofit kit of parts has been created to allow additional reinforcement to be introduced within the framework.

Parts required:

R0010167     Kit: Saw Head Reinforcement Autoflow

This kit consists of four large black corner plates, together with six aluminium angles and all the necessary fixings.

Installation:

The diagram below shows the inner aluminium framework of the saw head, looking directly from the front of the machine.  

• The four black corner plates are fitted to the front and rear uprights at the bottom, as shown. Fix in place using the M6 T-Nuts and bolts to suit.

• The six aluminium angles are fitted in the positions shown.  The lower of the two horizontal bars is not present at the rear of the machine, so only the top two angles are fitted at the rear. Fix in place using the M8 T-nuts, washers and bolts to suit.
