Introduction

What to do when cutting tall profiles; such as VS outerframe and patio outerframe

Step 1 - Autoload Off

Take 'AUTOLOAD' off before coming onto either of these profiles so the saw stops it automatic loading cycle

Step 2 - Open Door

Once the machine has stopped and the next bar in the queue is a tall profile, open the guard door

Step 3 - Loosen the Quick Release Kipp Clamp Levers

Loosen (push in and turn anti-clockwise) the quick release handles for the saw clamp assembly and the eject clamp assembly

Step 4 - Raise Clamps to clear profile

Now move each clamp assembly up so the block is inline with the marking on the shaft.

Step 5 - Retighten Clamps

Tighten (push in and turn clockwise) the orange quick release handles

Pull the orange quick release handles out (towards you) and swivel them so they are pointing up

Step 6 - Reverse the process when changing back to low profiles
