Introduction
The Machine has many moving parts, all which need regular maintenance. Below outlines what items need particular attention:
Étape 1 - Stainless Steel Bed
Daily – this needs to be kept clear of swarf by using the supplied blower gun on the machine
Weekly – use a suitable foam cleaner for cleaning off the glue and tape residue left by the profile rolling along the beds
Étape 2 - Main display unit (Monitor)
Weekly – clean display with soft cloth to avoid dirt, etc. causing malfunction of the touch screen
Étape 3 - Roller units
Daily – clear all swarf from the roller units
Weekly – apply oil to top and side of roller units and then slowly spin them for a few revolutions to allow the oil to penetrate the bearings
Étape 4 - Drive shafts
Weekly – remove any dirt or old grease
Monthly – 1 – 2 pumps of grease via grease nipple, check for any signs of damage or wear
