Introduction

DatumToMat

It is very important after fitting a servo motor, Pinion gear or new Journals to set up the DatumToMat before setting the DatumToSaw.

What is the Datum to mat --- its this position of where the saw pusher stops when a bar is loaded in to the saw from the transfer table.

1. Initialise the machine

Look to see where the end of the Saw Pusher is Compared to the End Buffer beam on the transfer table.
