Introduction
The Machine has many moving parts, all which need regular maintenance. Below outlines what items need particular attention:
Étape 1 - Linear Slide Rails
Daily – clear away any build-up of swarf near the opening to the Multi
Weekly – wipe away any excess oil, dirt or swarf
Monthly – apply oil via oiling points
Étape 2 - Gripper finger
Daily – clean away any swarf or excess oil from the mechanism; inspect gripper finger teeth for damage or wear
Weekly – visually check gripper finger teeth and shear pin for damage / wear
Monthly – visually check gripper finger teeth and shear pin for damage / wear, clean away any excess swarf or oil, lightly oil pins for the movement mechanism with supplied oil
Étape 3 - Pinion Wheel and Rack
Daily – clean area of swarf
Weekly – visually check rack and pinion wheel for any damage, chips or cracks, remove any debris that may have become caught up in the teeth
