Correct setting and adjustment of the Stuertz Conveyor and Indexing System

Indexer works on one revolution of motor / gearbox is exactly one index on the conveyor belt

Accel / decel of motor set to 0.5 sec

Motor has a brake


Use the advance button to move to index one position

Adjust final position with brake sensor on arc

Note the motor always decelerates and overshoots

If the position is a long way out, the indexer arm can be adjusted in large increments
