-Instructions:
-A valve is already fitted to the machine and it is valve number 7 on valve bank 2. Valve bank 2 is situated under the main outfeed table and is the closer of the 2 valve banks to the multihead. The valve has a cable labelled Y356 wired into it which already wires back to FB04 into port 6.
-Once the valve is located, remove the '9' line blank. This is the port that is used for piping the Clamp Clamp. The other blank stays in.
-Use the black air pipe in the kit and cut off 100mm. One end will go in the open port of the valve and the other end goes into the P0000046 Y fitting. The other side of the Y fitting then needs 2 black pipes. One runs to the infeed top clamp locking cylinder and the other runs to the infeed side clamp locking cylinder. When the pipe run is complete, add the 2x P0000200 fittings to the locking sections of the cylinders and pluug in the pipes.
