The infeed belts on Flowlines and Ecolines require the disassembly of the infeed tables to replace the belts. Jointed belts will now be supplied when replacement required. These belts are cut and use threaded pins to join the ends into a continuous belt.

3. Insert pins into holes in belt. Use a pin chuck in drill or small tap wrench to screw pins through.
4. When pins are fully inserted cut and file pins to leave a smooth edge
5. Tension belt as normal.
