Problem
Gripper sticking shut at end of bar on Autoflow. Can lead to damage to clamps
Solution
Fit R0010271 upgrade kit to put a sensor X001 on gripper cylinder to detect if released.
Sensor P0001013 should be labelled X001 and has cable and M8 connector already attached.
Plug into FB06A port 2.
Reed switch needs
P0001041 mounting bracket and P0001042 mounting band
to fix to cylinder body.
Programming
TwinCAT system manager needs link to input array no 1 in this port
