Problem

On saw and Ecoline combinations, the saw needs to output an ecoline barcode . This is a problem if the saw is set up to output "ZEB" files direct from the customer's windows designing system (ie has pictures of the windows). The label may be full or may already have a barcode for other tracking stations.

Solution

Version 4.2.3 winStugaSaw software has the functionality to create a second label after the main label. this can be configured to print whatever you like. In the Ecoline use case, this can be used to print the Ecoline barcode

The feature is switched on and off with the parameter

secondLabelFile=1

The label format is set with the parameter

secondLabelFormat=secondLabel.zft

The format of the label is the same as all zft files, which allows for great flexibility and functions other than barcodes
