Guard panel modifications to prevent access to dangerous areas of machine
Objective
To improve the ZX5 operator safety by
- Adding a side guard to prevent operator reach around
- Adding front guarding under infeed arms to prevent operator access through table
Training Requirement
- Identify Safe areas of work
- Identify Hazardous areas of work
- Do not climb on infeed table
Completion
This modification is expected to take no longer than 1 hour to complete.
Completion is when:
- All guard fitted as per instructions
- Fill out DeviceMagic form with evidenced photographs of work completed
- Completed training requirements with operator
