Introduction

Due to unbalanced nature of Autoflow 4.1 infeed frame, The following Guidance is for use of supplied parts within Assembly R0019264 for allowing safe movement of Infeed frame

Étape 1 - Non Slip Pads

D0016506 non slip pads must be used in all applications

They should be placed between both clamping faces in all configurations of lifting.

These will provide prevention of slip and product damage

Étape 3 - Configuration One

High Lift Point can be configured as shown using the above assemblies

Large spread lifting tines are required to meet pitching of lifting channels

1 Always ensure non slip pads are fitted

2 Support strap D0016498 must be fitted as shown and secured with M10 socket caps and A form washers

Étape 4 - Configuration Two

Low Lift Point can be configured using the same parts as Configuration One, mounted at the lower point of the frame as shown
