Pipe Cutters

Wire basket cutting tools

Parts Required

A0001061 Retainer: Wire Basket Cable Tray x 2

A0001065 Wire cable tray 3m length x 1

Étape 1 - Unless otherwise stated

Use Loctite 243 on all fasteners

Use Loctite 572 on all threaded pneumatic connection

Pen mark all fasteners to show finalised

Étape 2 - Cut wire basket

Cut a length of wire basket to 1600mm

Étape 3 - Fix basket to supports

Fix basket using 2 off brackets as shown

Use M6 x 20 socket caps, M6 motor plate washers and M6 d nuts to fix

Fit wire basket to be closest to front of transfer table

Ensure wire basket is centralised between brackets

Étape 4 - 12mm blue pipe fitted in error

Do not fit 12mm blue airpipe . This is incorrect and not required. Please capture pictures of only red pipes fitted to wire basket please

Étape 5 - Add 2 off red 12mm lines

cut 2 off 12mm red airpipes @ 4500mm

Fix to indicated section of wire basket, leaving equal overhang of pipe either end
