Étape 1 - Open the Service Jobs board
Étape 2 - Click on Search button
Étape 3 - Type in a few characters of the customer
This will filter all the open jobs in the service board that contain the text you are searching for
...You can also search for the build number or any bit of text that exists in the job
...The same process can be used on the "Service Jobs - Closed" board to search through the history
