Problem

The relative height of the fixing point to the Igus energy chain is smaller / lower than the loop diameter.

Solution

The first 3 links of the energy chain should be reversed to allow the chain to lay correctly and the loop to form.

...Note: The 2500 series (A0001113) is thicker, so only need the first two links reversed

Failure to insert these links will cause the chain to fail en none 0
