1	Movement range	Make sure the Cylinder (P0001110) has a full range of movement up and down
2	Clamp Rubber Pad	The clamp should have a rubber pad (M0000253) on the bottom, ensure it is fitted and not worn
3	Locknuts Tight	Ensure the cylinder locknuts are fully tightened
