Guard panel modifications to prevent access to dangerous areas of machine

Objective

To improve the ZX5 operator safety by

• Adding a side guard to prevent operator reach around
• Adding front guarding under infeed arms to prevent operator access through table

Training Requirement

• Identify Safe areas of work
• Identify Hazardous areas of work
• Do not climb on infeed table

Completion

This modification is expected to take no longer than 1 hour to complete.

Completion is when:

• All guard fitted as per instructions
• Fill out DeviceMagic form with evidenced photographs of work completed
• Completed training requirements with operator
