Fit safety lightcurtain to reduce operator reach over limitation

Objective
To improve the Autoflow operator safety by
- Increasing the distance between the operator and the hazard (gripper arm) to >1500mm to comply with BS EN ISO 13857. Achieved by by adding buffer bar extensions to the current infeed arms and fully guarding any open access area
- Adding a light curtain that will be interrupted when the operator enters the walk-in areas. This will be connected to the safety circuit
- Adding a side guard to prevent operator reach around
- Adding front guarding under infeed arms to prevent operator access through table
Completion
This modification is expected to take no longer than 4 hours to complete.
Completion is when:
- All components added
- Light curtain wired in
- Testing integrity of light curtain system - sign off on Device Magic form required
- Entry in Monday Retrofit Compliance board
- Entry in comments section to log you have completed it and any difficulties encountered
- Update the Status
- Add time taken
- Add phots to evidence work in photos column
