This means that the Inputs at the top or bottom stroke of the V notching cylinders are not being made within a set number of seconds of the Output Valve and being operated (timeout).

Solution

You can go into F5 – Settings then find Tab for Alarms and add an extra 2 seconds onto Alarms no.2 and No.4– Make 80 into 100 on the Timeout column. I would have thought 10 seconds is plenty of time for a V notch blade to travel all the way from the top to the bottom through the Profile unless the Blades are really Blunt or the Hydrocheck is not adjusted correctly.

If the Input is made within the 80 (8 seconds) the Blade will retract and then go back up.

You good have Faulty Air valves (water damage) that are not switching On and have a delay this will cause you the same issue.

If the Input is made after the 8 seconds you will get the Message and if the input is Made then Pressing Start will override the Alarm. en none 0
