Checklist for replacing a PC on site

Process for replacing a PC will depend on the system setup of the PC you are replacing
- Ensure the network settings are set to "Private"
- Get the customer to help map the network drive (where the batches are stored). The software will be looking for a drive or folder stored in the "networkdir" parameter
- Update the Mint software if required
- Update the Control Systems Log board with the new PC and software version details
For a PC on a flowline / ZX Machining Centre Side these additional steps will be needed
- Share the SAW directory
- Remap the saw directory (usually d:\, sometimes e:\) to the new PC by deleting the old mapped directory and remapping it
