Details
A forklift is needed to lift the ring clear out of the top panel of the machine. This will require access, or will require the ring module to be moved to an area to give access
· Move Infeed table and Machining module to give forklift access
· Detach and lift existing ring to bench
· Exchange ring, journals and wipers
· Check lubrication
· Refit Ring
· Reassemble / realign machining module and infeed table
· Recalibration and accuracy testing
