Wire basket cutting tools

Parts Required

A0001061 Retainer: Wire Basket Cable Tray x 2

A0001065 Wire cable tray 3m length x 1

Étape 1 - Unless otherwise stated

Use Loctite 243 on all fasteners

Use Loctite 572 on all threaded pneumatic connection

Pen mark all fasteners to show finalised

Étape 2 - Cut wire basket

Cut a length of wire basket to 1600mm

Étape 3 - Fix basket to supports

Fix basket using 2 off brackets as shown

Fit wire basket to be closest to front of transfer table

Ensure wire basket is centralised between brackets

Étape 4 - Add 2 off red 12mm lines

cut 2 off 12mm red airpipes @ what length to allow correct length of excess at each end

fix to indicated section of wire basket

Étape 5 - Add 1 off blue 12mm lines

cut 1 off 12mmblue airpipes @ what length to allow correct length of excess at each end

fix to indicated section of wire basket
