Notes on initial setting up of JX servo drive axis for Autoflow Mk4

Requirement

  • Variable position for label application too difficult with cylinders
  • Possibility of two labels
  • Dual cylinder arrangement too slow

Settings

  • Axis is JX, Axis Number 10
  • Id number on A2027 is 13
  • Uses same gearbox and saddle as ZX, so scaling and parameters the same
  • New Parameters ejPosBladeClear, ejPosLab1, ejPosLab2, ejPosOut for servo eject positions
  • ejSpeed for ejecting speed - needs to match conveyor belt

Programming

  • Software interface internally takes the standard OuF_Eject output signal and triggers the axis movement
  • Emulator for InF_EjectHm and InF_EjectOu
  • Further function block to send axis to the set positions in the parameters, used in the controllers for the outfeed Unload and Apply Label cycles
