Upgrading the 3 off opto sensors on a flowline Mk3 infeed table to ultrasonic version

Introduction

With the development of full colour ranges for profiles, the older flowline opto sensors often have trouble "seeing" the darker profiles. An upgrade kit is available (R0019014) to replace the optical sensors with an ultrasonic version


Étape 1 - Kit of Parts



Étape 2 - Mechanical Fitting


Étape 3 - Wiring

The sensor wiring directly replaces the 3 other sensors


Étape 4 - Blower

The blower should Tee in to the blower already there for the other offcut measurement sensors
