Problem

This error occurs when a bar has more than 4000 individual instructions on the recipe for a bar. This limit prevents the system overloading with erroneous data that would cause the system to crash.

...A recipe is the name given to all the individual sequential movements, tool commands, pauses, etc that create the tooling path on a bar. The recipe is calculated and downloaded whne the bar enters the machine

Workaround

In rare circumstances, you may have a bar with over 4000 commands, maybe lots of ftrickle vents or door locks.

The workaround is to introduce an offcut of the profile onto the software so the optimisation is changed. If an offcut is not available, maybe cut a bar in a strategic place so there is no wastage. en none 0
