Changes made to the BOM for runner strip M0000395 / M0000396 / D0002943 / D0002944

The runner strip is made from two separate components, M0000395 and M0000396, which are each subject to a drawing D0002943 and D0002944.
To simplify the stores process, these individual parts are now blended into one finished part instead of two.
The blended part is D0002943, now renamed "Runner Strip and Channel".
In line with the reorganisation of Machine Shop parts, the raw materials for the Runner Strip and Channel (M0000395 and M0000396) will now be stored next to the machine shop. The finished part will be stored in a standard stores location.
