R0015046 Bench Assemble Infeed Clamps

Étape 1 - Unless otherwise stated

Use locktite 243 on all fasteners

Use loctite 572 on all threaded pneumatic connection

Pen mark all fasteners to show finalised

Étape 2 - position check

Confirm positioning

Clamp assembly can be fitted in two positions, 2 set =s of fixing holes are present

Ensure clamp is fitted as per photo

Étape 3 - Attach clamp asseembly

Attach clamp assembly using 4 off M8 x 60 socket caps and heavy M8 washers

Finalise bolts

Étape 4 - Check alignment

Use a 300mm parallel against datum rollers to check that side clamp rollers are parallel to datum rollers

Check that indicated nuts (2 off) aretight and rubber pad is fitted to clamp assembly
